Comment: Navarro later doubled down on her insult, calling President Trump a "shameful nincompoop." It seems many on the left are revealing their shallowness and lack of sophistication by resorting to name calling. Have they nothing substantive to say? Does their hate overwhelm them to the point where they are only able to sputter trash talk?

Ralph Northam Governor of Virginia, took office January 13, 2018. A physician by occupation, he was an officer in the U.S. Army Medical Corps from 1984 to 1992.

Comment: Dr. Jane Orient, executive director of the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, said the legislation Governor Ralph Northam was referring to (legislation then under consideration by Virginia senators and representatives) "is undeniably infanticide." The governor's remarks seemed to indicate he thought that would be just fine and dandy.
